My Story - so far…

I remember saying to my mum as a kid, “I want to save the world.”

Big dreams for a little girl—but they came from a real place. I’ve always been caring, protective, and drawn to helping people, especially children and those whose voices weren’t always heard.

I spent the second half of my childhood on the land, and looking back, that connection to wide open spaces, animals, and a simpler way of living shaped more of me than I realised at the time.

Growing up, I wasn’t the straight-path student. I loved basketball, horses, and for a while had big dreams of being a hip-hop dancer (might still have those, actually). But I didn’t really have a clear direction when school ended.

So, like a lot of people, I figured it out as I went.

I moved out with friends, worked jobs I didn’t love, and lived a pretty messy, in-between version of life for a while. Fun at times but not really aligned.

There were definitely more rent-help conversations than I’d like to admit… sorry girls.

Eventually, I found myself back at home with no real direction and a lot of questions about what came next.

I went through the usual ideas—study, childcare, police force—but nothing really landed.

So, I did something different.

I slowed down long enough to actually ask myself:
What do I enjoy?
What do I want to learn more about?

I wrote it down, sat with it, and after a few quiet minutes something very clear came in:

Horses & cattle.

Simple. Unexpected. But it felt certain.

That moment changed everything.

It was the first time I really listened—and trusted—that inner knowing.

That decision led me to move across the country to a cattle station in the Northern Territory. And yes… that’s also where I met my husband (funny how life works when you actually listen).

From there, life unfolded in seasons.

I became a mum to three children.
I navigated big cross-country moves and identity shifts.
I moved through motherhood, change, and reinvention more than once.
I explored holistic health when my children faced intolerances, which opened a whole new layer of learning.
And I began my own healing journey—slowly reconnecting back to myself again.

Each season taught me the same thing:

When I slow down and listen to myself, things start to shift.

Not perfectly. Not always easily. But honestly.

Now, as life shifts again, I find myself back in that familiar space of asking what’s next.

So, I did what I always come back to.

I paused. I asked three questions:
What do I enjoy?
What do I want to learn more about?
How can I help?

And that’s what brought me here.

To Ignite Life Studio.

My mission is simple:

To Guide You Back To You.

To help you release what’s been weighing you down, rebalance your energy, and reconnect with yourself—so you can move through your own season with more clarity and steadiness.

Not becoming someone new.
Just coming back to yourself.

I’m so glad you’re here.
