Why I called it Ignite Life Studio
I think a lot of us spend years sitting with the handbrake on.
Wanting more from life.
Thinking about doing things differently.
Feeling the pull toward something… but not quite moving on it.
And I want to be really honest here — I fully empathise with that because I’ve done it over and over in my own life.
Waiting until I felt more ready.
More confident.
More sure of myself.
Telling myself “I’ll start when things calm down” or “when I’ve got it figured out.”
But life doesn’t really wait for that version of us.
And most of the time that version never just arrives out of nowhere anyway.
It’s something we grow into by actually starting.
That’s where the name Ignite came from for me.
That moment where something inside you switches back on.
Where you stop sitting on the sidelines of your own life waiting for perfect timing and start backing yourself a little more than you did yesterday.
Not perfectly.
Not fearlessly.
Just honestly.
Because life moves quickly.
And I think so many women are far more capable than they give themselves credit for but get stuck in that loop of overthinking, second-guessing and waiting for certainty before they take a step.
I know that pattern well because I’ve lived in it.
More than once.
More than I’d like to admit.
Different seasons, same feeling.
Sometimes we don’t need to completely reinvent ourselves.
Sometimes we just need momentum again.
A reminder that we’re allowed to want more.
To try things.
To change direction.
To take up space in our own life.
That’s what Ignite Life Studio means to me.
Not pressure.
Not perfection.
Not becoming someone different.
Just coming back to yourself enough to take your foot off the brake.
And from there… things don’t feel forced anymore.
They start to move because you’re finally in them again.
